ZillowVERIFIEDHe went far beyond of what he was required from him and helped us a lot with City Haul requirements they had, and this made us more confident throughout the whole process. From initial consultation to closing Alex was professional, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated for helping us to find the land that would accommodate our needs. It took him a lot of hard work and patience to find a right parcel for us. Also Alex has professional communication skills, which helped us in the negotiation process and made whole process very smooth. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home March 2017 right before prices EVERYWHERE skyrocketed. As you can imagine, agents were swamped. Alex was such a breeze to work with. He didnt rush us in any aspect and responded almost immediately to all of our questions. He would advise us as to what would work best in the climate we are purchasing our home and what negotiations would work best to our advantage, but he would never make us feel like we only ever had one option. In the end he fought for us, even thou it may seem like we were fighting over loose change. We got the house we wanted with a price tag we were very happy and comfortable with. I cannot recommend him enough. He is responsive, knowledgeable, easy going, and really works in your favor. Thank you Alex!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex went above and beyond expectations of what we expected from a realtor... he worked with us to accommodate or work hours, difficult work schedule, and last minute changes when looking at properties... worked with us on our budget, and made sure we got what we were looking for... didnt push us on any house sales, was willing to work with us as long as it took to make sure that got a house that we were looking for... he made sure that we understood the buying process, all of the steps involved, and that we understood all of the paperwork that we were signing. Answered all of the questions that we had - and did a lot of additional reaserch for every house that we wanted to put an offer on.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Aleksander Prokhor. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Aleksandr Prokhor was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone. Slavik & Oksana B.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksander is excellent at what he does. We are looking for a house to buy, he sent followed- up with emails, texts, with new listings on a daily bases. After seeing each home, he would comment on whether he thought it was a good value and why. It?s rare among agents that he would actually tell you if something is not good. We really appreciate that! . He made me feel like I was a priority client and his knowledge of neighborhoods was invaluable as I made my decision where to buy a home. Aleksander Prokhor comes highly recommended and I will be using him again.
