ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Alex was truly a pleasure from start to finish. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the home selling process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the market gave me total confidence every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, explain every detail clearly, and advocate for my best interests. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared aEUR" it never felt transactional. He treated the entire process with integrity and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor, and I would recommend Alex without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell. Truly top-tier service. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlex and his team did an amazing job from the beginning to the end of our home buying experience. We were first time home buyers and Alex and his team did all that they could to make us feel comfortable and to help us understand each individual step. He was always a short phone call, email or text away at any time of day and we would absolutely recommend Alex and his team to future home buyers!
ZillowVERIFIEDVery responsible and they do their best to try and find what you're looking for. Has a lot of experience and you can tell by the way he works with you. Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlex just recently helped us purchase our first home. The property was new construction, which required many meetings and many decisions. Alex attended all meetings on site, at the model home, and was there with us from the beginning to close. He made the entire process smooth and as least stressful as possible with buying a new home. I felt very confident in his skills and knowledge throughout all of the walks through the property and the negotiations. I would highly recommend Alex to anybody looking to buy or sell their home.
ZillowVERIFIEDI'm a constant worrier. My husband is one of the most pickiest people I know. We are not the best customers. That's why would give Alex and his team 100 stars if I could. He helped us through everything from getting our house ready for sale, to selling our house (IN THREE DAYS), finding our new home and even making home improvements on our new home. I'm pretty sure Alex and his team never sleep because they were always right there if needed. I would never hesitate to use HomeSmart again.
