ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Aleithia on the purchase of my first home. She was accessible and accommodating if I ever had a question about anything I could go to her for answers. She took out time to go over the contract with me which was very helpful and she is very knowledgeable on the contract languages as well. I contacted this team about one location and Aleithia came through and showed me the house of my dreams. My family and I are very thankful!!!

ZillowVERIFIED By far this team is all about supporting their clients. Every time I talked to Alleithia, I really felt like I was her only client. Alleithia was very good at walking us through the entire process. I would stress about something and she was very good at calming me down. Her knowledge of the market in Walton and Gwinnett was very valuable. They were great in helping my family sell our home and buying our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend this team if your wanting to move your house quickly. Professional and courteous and very easy to work with. Selling and buying homes is and can be very stressful to the entire family. Allie was a champ at taking as much stress as possible off us during this process. Five stars for this team from the wood family.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is stressful, but selling one is by far worse. I'm glad that I decided to work with Aleithia. From the beginning, I was impressed by her self-confidence in her ability to get my home sold quickly. She listed my home, and I was under contract sooner than I expected. Aleithia willingness to help me get through this process was remarkable. Any questions, or concerns that I had, she always responded in a timely manner. If you're a seller, and searching for someone to list your home, than I would recommend Aleithia Rutledge.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a new home can be stressful; all you really want out of your real estate agent other than finding you the right home at the right price, and at the right location, is to always be available and always answer the phone. The Rutledge team did that and then some. I had been looking for a new home for two years for the right home. I had the luxury of being very particular only because I was in a situation where I didn't have to move; I was only doing it because I wanted to and I work from home, so that wasn't an issue but when I found it, I immediately called Allie, we looked at the next day, and before that day was over, the deal was done. We closed 21 days later; very impressive!

ZillowVERIFIED Aleithia is amazing! She was very honest & up front! Very friendly, patient, & professional! I had my house on the market from 7/2017 to 12/2017 with another agent & couldnt get it sold. 12/2017 right after Christmas I called Aleithia & told her my situation. I was ready to give my house back to the bank because my husband & I couldnt afford to keep paying 2 mortgages because we had already bought another home. Aleithia told me she could get it sold and she did just that! Within 1 month my house was under contract ! She will get the job done! PLEASE GIVE HER A TRY!

ZillowVERIFIED WOW! We were so amazed by the professionalism, and friendliness of everyone at team Rutledge. This is normally a stressful time and we did have many bumps. But they kept the best upbeat positive attitude and a fast solution to anything that came our way. We were so blessed to have them on our side. I would in a heart beat recommend making this team your best advocate in buying or selling your home. They go out of their way with every detail.

My home was under contract within 24 hours. Unfortunately this deal didn't go through. She kept working, and my home was back under contract within the next week. Their response time was prompt. ZillowVERIFIED The closing associated with the sale of our home was extremely drawn out and very hard. Allie kept us updated through the whole process. They explained each step and were always fighting for what was in our best interest. I would absolutely recommend using the Rutledges for buying or selling any property.

ZillowVERIFIED The best relator we could have chosen for buying our very first home. Although the other realtor/lender involved made the process very difficult and stressful, she was there every step of the way to make sure everything was taken care of.

ZillowVERIFIED Easy, easy, easy! From the very beginning my husband and I felt that Jeff, Aleithia, and staff were truly working for us. They heard our wants and needs and didn't try to talk us out of them while providing expert knowledge about the market in our area. They gave us realistic goals and expectations and closed the sale of our home much faster than we could ever hope. I really loved the technology they used to help us make this sale happen from across the country. Aleithia would call, text and email us to keep everything on track for our buyers. There were no surprises or misinformation given just to push a sale or make us accept an offer. I would describe our experience as easy, transparent, profitable, professional, and did I say easy? Anyway, I would highly recommend this team wether you are buying or selling your home. It truly was a pleasure!

ZillowVERIFIED Aleithia found us our first home on a very tight budget back in 2014 - after a week or so of searching, she found the home and we were in love! It hit almost all of our marks and was well within our price range! I cannot say enough about her professionalism, attentiveness, and ability. She advocated on our behalf when we were up against a cash offer from an investor. There are no lengths that she won't go to in order to help her clients. Team Rutledge is phenomenal and we will never use another agent or team. They have kept in contact over the years and through our renovations, they provided valuable advice on which renovations would be the most profitable for our home and the current market. FANTASTIC team!

ZillowVERIFIED Aleithia has worked with me the last 2 years to sell 2 of our homes and to purchase 1. She is professional and extremely helpful but what I like the most is how she takes personal interest in your success. I can honestly say I gained a good friend. Both homes were listed and under contract within a week. Aleithia is amazing in her ability to market your home, She spent extra time taking pictures to make sure she highlighted the best features of our home. We found our dream home but the price was too high, Aleithia gave some excellent advice with negotiating a price and we were able to close on our new home. I have recommended this team to family members and friends because I know they will provide the best service!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Alethia Rutledge. She made my home buying experience so easy and a happy time. I have had bad experiences with realtors in the past so this was a complete breath of fresh air and it was all because of Aleithia. She was very knowledgable of the area which was great for us since we are new to the area and she was very responsive and willing to show us whatever home we were interested in. The house we bought was a short sale and she made that process, which is known to be a difficult one, a breeze! I've never heard of a short sale going as easy as this one did. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Aleithia and the Rutledge team!
