ZillowVERIFIED Aleena and I crossed paths at an open house she was hosting. I attended by myself, without my own agent. I made an offer on the home and it was accepted. Technically, Aleena was the seller's agent but I liked her right away so I asked if we could proceed with only her handling the sale. Due to the pandemic & other issues, my closing took 74 days and was rescheduled 9 times. Aleena helped me every step of the way, making sure both the seller's and I were happy. Needless to say, she was always there, (even after hours and on her days off), going above and beyond the norm, always cheerful with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Aleena to handle any real estate transaction, be it buying or selling. You'll be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleena is the best in the business. We had worked with a previous realtor who had been in business for over 20 years, and we did not have one house showing, nor did they show us any houses. We had to find all houses and ask to see them. With Aleena, she found ten houses for us to look at in one day, and every time we went to look at houses, she had a list to look at. The one we settled on, she found and that was the needle in the haystack house, AND in the price range we needed. Not once did she complain it was taking us too long to find a house. After working with her, we asked her to sell the home we were in and she had a professional photographer take pictures of the house we were selling and had multiple showings for the house weekly and also held an open house. She kept in touch weekly (if not more), was able to convince my spouse of some MUCH needed updating to the house we were selling and really went the extra mile for us. She would do that for anyone as a realtor. Aleena started out as our realtor and now we consider her our friend. She is absolutely, hands down the BEST.
