ZillowVERIFIEDAldo helped find a good condo property and assist with renting and managing it for last four years. He makes timely effort to find good tenants, negotiating acceptable terms, coordinate move in and move out etc.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with my experience with Aldo Davico. As a veteran who served our country, it was disheartening to encounter such rudeness. It was clear that this realtor was not well-versed in dealing with VA loans, which is a critical requirement for veterans like myself. Instead of assistance, our realtor and us were met with impatience and a lack of empathy. Moreover, his demeanor was very unprofessional. I've experienced more courtesy and respect from strangers than I did from this individual. When we tried to voice our concerns, the realtor was dismissive and showed blatant disrespect. Instead of addressing our inquiries, he instead hung up the phone. It's a shame that someone in such a position, who has the ability to make the home buying process smoother for veterans, chooses instead to add to the stress and complexity. I believe a realtor should be a facilitator, not a barrier. This realtor's behavior and views were not only offensive, but they were also detrimental to the home buying process. It is my hope that others, especially my fellow veterans, do not have to experience such unprofessionalism. I urge potential clients, veterans in particular, to think twice before engaging with this realtor. There are many other realtors who value the sacrifices veterans have made and would be more than willing to help.

ZillowVERIFIEDI met Aldo virtually in 2014 when I decided to move to Miami, FL. Since then, Aldo has become a friend and my go-to realtor for all my real estate needs. I have rented, purchased, and sold properties with Aldo throughout the past 7 years. He has always been very responsive and trustworthy. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Aldo to any friend or family member as I value and trust him to handle my personal affairs.
ZillowVERIFIEDAldo was an essential part in finding my new home. He is a genuinely nice person who want's nothing more than to help you find your dream home. He worked with me for months, answered numerous emails filled with first time buyer questions and was always available to go view a listing. He is very knowledgeable in real estate and always kept me updated and in the loop with what was going on. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDI had many experiences with brokers, But when I met Aldo I thought it would be like every other broker, Fortunately I was wrong. Aldo was a great pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond what any regular broker will do. I was in a bit of a crunch with time and I was looking for a certain place. Aldo worked so hard to find something for me that would match and got it all done before I had to leave again. not only did he find me a place, he found it in the exact area and community I wanted, even though everyone said there was nothing available. I recommend Aldo 150% to work he is a joy and pleasure.

ZillowVERIFIEDAldo was beyond phenomenal, helpful every step of the way. He took care of everything for us and kept us informed at all times, we had zero worries and issues, would buy with him again!
ZillowVERIFIEDAldo was extremely helpful in our search for property in South Flirida. His corporate background combined with his understanding if the marketplace and the zeal with which he guides his clients was impressive and we thoroughly enjoyed our visits with him. It is my pleasure and privilege to recommend Aldo to anyone pondering a real estate transaction in the state of Florida--especially South Florida!
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Aldo for any real estate transaction (rent/buy/sell). He helped me find an ideal home for my family on the inter-coastal. After our initial meeting, he would regularly send me customized search results that allowed me to focus my visits to properties that really met my needs. Once I selected the property I wanted to rent, Aldo was able to negotiate a $200 monthly discount on the rent.
