ZillowVERIFIEDI am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with my experience with Aldo Davico. As a veteran who served our country, it was disheartening to encounter such rudeness. It was clear that this realtor was not well-versed in dealing with VA loans, which is a critical requirement for veterans like myself. Instead of assistance, our realtor and us were met with impatience and a lack of empathy. Moreover, his demeanor was very unprofessional. I've experienced more courtesy and respect from strangers than I did from this individual. When we tried to voice our concerns, the realtor was dismissive and showed blatant disrespect. Instead of addressing our inquiries, he instead hung up the phone. It's a shame that someone in such a position, who has the ability to make the home buying process smoother for veterans, chooses instead to add to the stress and complexity. I believe a realtor should be a facilitator, not a barrier. This realtor's behavior and views were not only offensive, but they were also detrimental to the home buying process. It is my hope that others, especially my fellow veterans, do not have to experience such unprofessionalism. I urge potential clients, veterans in particular, to think twice before engaging with this realtor. There are many other realtors who value the sacrifices veterans have made and would be more than willing to help.
