About Alberto Gutierrez

My real estate journey began in 1996 when I joined the largest mortgage company in the United States as a Short Sale negotiator in the Loss Mitigation Department. I was personally responsible for closing over 500 short sales in my almost four year career. I honed my skills dealing with real estate agents as well as investors (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) learning the vernacular and the intricacies of the real estate world. From there, I segued into traditional real estate sales in 1999 joining one of the most established companies in the area. In my very first day in real estate, I took a listing and sold it in one day. I was instantly hooked and knew that this would would be a life-long endeavor for me. Since I was born in the San Fernando Valley, grew up in Simi Valley, went to college in the Conejo Valley (graduated from California Lutheran University), and currently live in the Santa Clarita Valley, I am very familiar with neighborhoods and real estate in those areas. I believe in the power of social media and video. I invest heavily in video, photos, and social media where each individual property is unique and treated as such. In working with Alberto Gutierrez he was always attentive to our needs. He was always quickly responsive to our phone calls and being there when we needed him! I called him one morning around 11am and needEd him to meet us at a showing with in 2hrs at 1pm and he was there before us! We told him our needs and budget and he presented exactly what we asked for never pushing us to look at something that was more than we could afford. Ive worked with other realtors in the past that tried to make us spend more just to get a higher commission. I would highly recommend Alberto!
