In working with Alberto Gutierrez he was always attentive to our needs. He was always quickly responsive to our phone calls and being there when we needed him! I called him one morning around 11am and needEd him to meet us at a showing with in 2hrs at 1pm and he was there before us! We told him our needs and budget and he presented exactly what we asked for never pushing us to look at something that was more than we could afford. Ive worked with other realtors in the past that tried to make us spend more just to get a higher commission. I would highly recommend Alberto!
