ZillowVERIFIED Alan did a superior job. The home was part of an estate and in rough shape, but Alan approached it as if it were the best of the best. He put together a sales folder with photos, a plat and other information about the home and surrounding area. These folders were in the home, so prospective buyers could have all the information even if other agents were showing the house. He also kept us informed with two e-mails a week as well as phone calls, when necessary. We would use Alan again and would highly recommend him to others.
