He was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and ALWAYS over extended himself throughout my home buying process. Almost all the homes that I visited were serious potentials because Alan paid close attention to my wants/needs and made sure they came as close to, if not all of what I requested. The constant reassurance that I am going to accomplishment my mission of owning my home, even when I started to worry at times. I wish that customer service like that existed all around. Thanks a million to Alan I was able to surprise my children with a new home EXACTLY on Christmas Day as I had planned. I had expressed this to him at our first meeting that this is what my goal was and he made it come to fruition. The home I purchased has all except two things that I wanted, not needed, wanted. Alan is an excellent choice from our experience and we would highly recommend him. He did whatever was necessary to help get the sale through. 2018- This is the second house (Lenox Rd Baldwin)we sold using Alan Deblat as our agent, which says a lot. Alan estimated what would be the best price we could get for our home. We sold within a week and got our price. After we moved out of state, there were a couple of problems with very old permits that were outstanding with the building department. Alan took the time to get these cleared so we could close.
