If you want a Realtor that will work with you and for you then Alan Button is the man to call. We were under contract with another Realtor for 6 Months and nothing was happening. When our contract was up we contacted Alan This was on a Wednesday. On Thursday he had pictures taken and our house was back on the Market. Then Snow and ice delayed the showings for about a week and on the weekend he showed our house several times and we were in contract by Monday and we closed a couple of weeks later. Alan is a rock star. He explained everything to us as we went through the process all the way to closing and receiving our Funds . Thank you Alan For all you do for your Clients

ReviewAlan is wonderful to work with. He helped me sell my house a few years ago. This time I was moving back to the area and he helped me buy my house. My husband could not come and see any of the houses. Alan spoke a lot with him and knew what he wanted. He helped us pick a perfect house without my husband, seeing it and my husband loves it. He is the perfect agent if you are buying or selling. Hes also one of the nicest people you will meet.

Review Alan Button did an amazing job with our home in Sanger during an extremely challenging time in the market. I needed a VERY specific home on acreage that was difficult, to say the least. I'm still not sure how he managed to find but he certainly did. And he did it well. Communication was perfect. He was always available. It was like a business transaction with your friend. I honestly dont think anyone else could have gotten this done. My needs were that specific. He was very respectful of our budget and got us under it. He took so much time getting to know us, and our needs that we didnt have to spend time looking at properties that werent a fit. He would take out of his day or weekend and go walk through properties and look for possible problems. Then he would FaceTime with a walkthrough. I was buying from another state. He made it easy. He also sold a house for us in Krum prior to purchasing this property. Weve been through one sell and one buy with Alan. Both were seamless. Should I need another property in this area, Alan will be our realtor. I cant recommend him highly enough. Youre not going to be a typical client. Youll become friends. Greg/Kim

Review I moved from Las Vegas to Little Elm Texas. For every question I had he had answers and more. He got us the best house inspector and found a leaky pipe hidden in master bathroom. Mr.Button called the builder, seller and so many more ( brick mason, plumbing, mold specialists etc.) Everything was taken care of before the closing date. He is my super agent.

Review If you want a realtor that works with you and for you Alan is the person for you. From the minute we contacted him he hit the floor running. We were in contact with him pretty much daily from contract with him signing to sale of property closing. We live in Oregon so all of our contact was email Text or call. Prior to him our house had been on the market 6 months with another Realtor. He sold our house in about 12 days. He went more than above and beyond and he was professional at all times but still fun to work with. My husband and i have already and will continue to recommend Alan to our friends and family. Once we all realized this he went to work contacting builders and searching for up and coming neighborhoods. Once we landed on the perfect home for us with the neighborhood we had been dreaming of, he continued to communicate with us regularly. He handled commuinication between us and the builder regularly. He made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted as we made decisions at the end of the build process. He was always available to us for our questions and concerns. We never works have found this home and this neighborhood on our own. Alan did all the footwork to make it happen. We are so thankful for his hard work.

Review Alan is exceptional! He is a driven hard working realtor that will not rest until he has found you your perfect place. He actually listens to you to formulate his game plan. He is very supportive and flexible. We where moving into the area from just north of Memphis, Tn and only had the weekends to drive down to view properties. When we would arrive he had a plan to view as many properties as possible. If we could not make the drive down he would personally go and view properties for us or aEURoeFaceTimeaEUR? us so we could view the property without having to be there. We do not believe this man even sleeps. We would receive texts and emails at all times of the day and night.The list of what Alan did for us through this process is so long it would take us a month of typing to complete. Bottom line is if you are looking for a hard working, honest, dedicated realtor that will listen to you, that is not pushy and will stand by you through the entire process Alan is your guy. You will not be disappointed. He is part of our family now....
