I moved from Las Vegas to Little Elm Texas. For every question I had he had answers and more. He got us the best house inspector and found a leaky pipe hidden in master bathroom. Mr.Button called the builder, seller and so many more ( brick mason, plumbing, mold specialists etc.) Everything was taken care of before the closing date. He is my super agent.

Alan Button did an amazing job with our home in Sanger during an extremely challenging time in the market. I needed a VERY specific home on acreage that was difficult, to say the least. I'm still not sure how he managed to find but he certainly did. And he did it well. Communication was perfect. He was always available. It was like a business transaction with your friend. I honestly dont think anyone else could have gotten this done. My needs were that specific. He was very respectful of our budget and got us under it. He took so much time getting to know us, and our needs that we didnt have to spend time looking at properties that werent a fit. He would take out of his day or weekend and go walk through properties and look for possible problems. Then he would FaceTime with a walkthrough. I was buying from another state. He made it easy. He also sold a house for us in Krum prior to purchasing this property. Weve been through one sell and one buy with Alan. Both were seamless. Should I need another property in this area, Alan will be our realtor. I cant recommend him highly enough. Youre not going to be a typical client. Youll become friends. Greg/Kim

Alan is wonderful to work with. He helped me sell my house a few years ago. This time I was moving back to the area and he helped me buy my house. My husband could not come and see any of the houses. Alan spoke a lot with him and knew what he wanted. He helped us pick a perfect house without my husband, seeing it and my husband loves it. He is the perfect agent if you are buying or selling. Hes also one of the nicest people you will meet.
