ZillowVERIFIEDAl was a pleasure to work with. He paid attention to detail of what I had for my Bucket List of wants. There were no delays in setting up times for viewing various different homes. Each time walking through the homes he asked what was it about the home that drew me to wanting to seeing it. There was no pressure of making decision. Through the process of finding my forever home, there was a hiccup that occurred which he problem solved to keep the process going forward. I definitely encourage those that are looking to buy a home to set up a time to get to know Al and see that he is genuine, knowledgeable, and organized.

ZillowVERIFIED Al did an outstanding job in marketing and selling our store and commercial real estate. He did a tremendous amount of research in a very complicated and challenging transaction. Al is very detail oriented and his work is beyond thorough. We had a short amount of time to purchase other real estate since it involved a 1031 exchange and Al was diligent in helping us find the right property. We are confident in choosing Al as our realtor for all our future real estate needs. If he doesnt know the answer he will research and find the answer and always responds in a timely manner. Al is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and a friendly guy. He has helped us and our family in purchasing and selling multiple real estate properties and we wouldnt choose any other realtor based on our experience. Dont hesitate to contact Al today for your real estate needs, you wont regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED With me having no experience selling a house before, Al guided me all the way through the daunting process. His knowledge and experience as an agent was amazing which put me completely at ease. He kept in constant communication with me, gave me suggestions that could help sell the house and was always encouraging. Leslie?s photos of my home were stunning and beyond professional. My home sold the day it went on the market above asking! I am so grateful and thankful for this team.

ZillowVERIFIED Al Mundy went above and beyond our expectations. We had less than a day to locate a property in a tight market. We looked at about half a dozen properties and found our current home that very day. We started the escrow the following business day. Since we lived a fair distance away so Al and his team handled everything for us. All it took was one call as we didn?t know anyone in the area. It really was the easiest home buying experience we ever had. We were very happy.

ZillowVERIFIED We came to town with just a couple of days to view and purchase land to build our retirement home and Al was right on it. He met with us in his office to narrow down the options, drove us all over town to view properties, set up the sale and even recommended builders and lenders in the area. We could not be happier with the service we received from Al and his wife Leslie. We would definitely use them again if we needed a real estate expert in the Sequim area and recommend his services to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We have purchased several properties over the years including commercial, rental and residential but none like this one. It was a very complicated agricultural property with many hurdles to jump thru. It took several months to overcome all the issues and Al was diligent in his efforts to protect us and guide us thru all the required steps to bring this purchase to a close. We couldnt be happier with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED Al was professional, responsive to our needs, very familiar with the conditions in the area, and he quickly got the measure of what we wanted and did not waste our time with unsuitable properties. Although the market was rather limited, he helped us make a choice that we are happy with. I would be pleased to recommend Al to anyone, and will contact him about any local needs in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Al was very friendly to work with. He worked on holidays and walked property for me. He did video walk throughs and then would email them so I could get a feel for the place remotely. He was there throughout my purchase and always found the answers to my many questions. He?s not pushy or overly assertive. Genuine nice man.

ZillowVERIFIED Al Mundy is the best. He was our eyes in Sequim as we shopped online for our house. Al gave us video walk thoughs of houses we were most interested in with descriptions that you wouldnt find online. Al was with us every step of the way and made this process much less stressful. We recommend Al for your home buying or selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Al by accident. He was a realtor in the listing agents office and was assigned to me to avoid conflict of interest. Al is a very informed and hard working realtor. Als post purchase support is unparalleled and I will be using him for all of my future Olympic Peninsula property purchases and sales. Thank you Al! Ketch de Kanter
