I can certainly recommend Aimee ! As context, recently a friend passed leaving me a wonderful property . I am in my seventies, not fond of travel ,computer illiterate and three thousand miles away. If I could give Aimee ten stars - I would! What an absolutely wonderful person to work with. Aimee helped us both as a seller and buyer in this crazy market. We sold our one in a day and had an accepted offer on our next home 3 days later (at asking pricing!). Even the seller agent made a remark on her impeccably laid out offer letter. Being new to the selling side of the transaction, she provide a lot of insight and awareness that we never thought of. Her personality is SO easy to work with and she truly does have your best interest at heart. You will always talk to Aimee during your process and no one else which really just gave us a sense of security and confidence that what we talk about will be executed. She has a lot of resources to better prepare your home for the market which we felt was very helpful in the selling of our home for more than asking price. Aimee did an exceptional job when my wife and I were looking to buy our first home. This was particularly important given how competitive the real estate market is in the Seattle market. She gave us great advice on how to position ourselves appropriately, and finally went above and beyond to find us an off-market property that we ended up buying. I could not recommend her highly enough as a real estate agent if you're looking to buy or sell in the Greater Seattle area.
