ZillowVERIFIEDAimee helped me navigate my first home purchase. As such I was very unfamiliar with the process, she was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things to me and walk me through questions and concerns I had that the average home buyer probably does not have. Aimee was focused on helping me find the right home for me, and even directed me away from some early homes I viewed that looking back were not good options. She was incredibly responsive and available and helped me get into a home I love in a competitive market. 10/10 would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee represented us in the sale of our home in Snohomish. Throughout our working with her, everything went very well. Aimee has so much experience, and is so easy to work with, that I can give her my highest recommendation. From initial marketing and pricing through listing and sale, Aimee provided us guidance, options for strategies, and thorough explanations of the entire process. Her advice was invaluable all along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed several Agents before choosing Aimee. She went above and beyond for us. She coached us on how to prep our house to go on the market and always stayed in contact with us and responded so quickly all the time to our questions and or concerns. We were constantly informed as to where we were in the various procedures from start to finish. We do not plan to sell again for a while BUT if we do, we will see if Aimee is available.

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee delivered a service beyond our expectation. We as sellers under estimated the value of our house and Aimee showed us the comps to prove that it was worth more. She guided us in the best ways to maximize on the profit with the least investment out of pocket before posting the house for sale. We will absolutely refer her to everyone we know and use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee was great I have already recommended her to several friends and coworkers. Aimee was honest and patient with our inexperience. She helped us to understand each step so we felt confidence in the process. She responded quickly to our texts and phone calls. She helped us navigate through pitfalls and was masterful in helping us get an honest price for our home. She is a true... I mean that literally...a true professional. She was great to work with. Call her and see!

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee is a top notch agent. We have worked with other agents in the past and they pale in comparison. She is so diligent and uses every means possible to get you top dollar for your home or work the best deal possible on a purchase. Some of her tactics we didn?t even know existed, when selling. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED She was a great agent, she did what she said she would do and was on time with all appointments. She answered any and all questions we had and was always available to any last minute problems. When it was time for closing she arranged everything. We bought and sold in the same day. I would recommend to any seller or buyer, she was great. This is the 6th home we have either bought or sold and honestly she was the best of all agents I have ever had.
