ZillowVERIFIED Agustin was truly amazing, and took what seemed like a very complex process with a lot of moving parts and simplified it considerably for me. My goal from the very beginning was to rent my condo out to a tenant while at the same time finding a single family home to purchase, and all of it had to be done simultaneously for financing purposes. It seemed almost insurmountable, and then Agustin entered the picture and explained in detail what needed to be done to accomplish my goal. He explained what work needed to be done to my condo, what color i should paint the walls, and what role he could have in finding a tenant. He also explained in precise and easy to understand detail what my best options were for purchasing a house and where i should look. Throughout the process, Agustin was with me the whole way, and brought me to about a dozen different properties until i found the one that would work best for me and my kids. I also decided to follow his advice and have the work he recommended done on my condo, and also work with him to find a tenant.While it seemed like there were a lot of moving parts, Agustin simplified the process considerably for me and at each stage, explained what my options were and what the likely result would be. Working with him was truly a pleasure. And what was even more incredible is that it only took him 7 days to find a tenant for me!I really don't know what i would have done without his assistance and negotiating skills throughout, and his expertise and experience were absolutely critical to accomplishing my goal. We spoke with Agustin Martinez Hujarshi and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We explained to him what we were looking for and he was on point in locating th homes as we searched. He is very knowledgeable in explaining figures, structure and knows fully well the information about the homes. He makes good sugggestions and knows whats best for his clients. WOW. He is a force to be reckoned with. THis guy is professional in his attire and always on time for his appointments - very impressive. Buying in DC is very competitive and you need a realtor who is available whenever a new property becomes available (24/7), has strong negotiating skills and knows the market well. Gratefully, I had Agustin on my side as my realtor. I had a very tough road on the path to buying my condo and he kept me motivated along the way. In addition to the market being competitive, I had a seller backed out two hours before the closing. Agustin advise me very well on how to proceed and was ready to start the search for my home immediately. Although it was a tough situation, his support and guidance made a huge difference.Agustin is extremely committed to his clients and will make things happen. The closing of the condo that I purchased was also very eventful. I was out of town for work and travelling back, I had two flight cancellations and a flat tire on my way to the airport. I was in very small town who only had 3 flights a day. My closing was scheduled for 3:30 on a Saturday and I has not able to make it until 9:30 at night. Yet, Agustin worked extremely hard to find a settlement company that would wait for me that late on a Saturday. I asked for $75k fixer-uppers that I could rehab and list for around $150k. He sent me completed homes in the $150k range, suggesting that he skimmed my email.I'm in the RE business and I can see that the kid may have drive. But this business, like most, is about customer service, and details. It's about really caring about the clients you serve, realizing that you never know which one will start out giving you a chance on a $75k flip, and then, if served well, allow you to sell him 10 of those a year...
