If we would send him 4-5 addresses of homes we wanted to look at, he would quickly contact the sellers and set up a time for us to go view each home. He also was great about running numbers on each house we were interested in, giving us a better idea of what houses were selling for, how much the sellers were selling per square footage, etc. Needless to say, he made our experience SO much easier than I expected and made it as stress-free as possible.
