We just recently used Adolfo Aguirre to sell our 117 year old home in Pasadena. We interviewed a number of realtors but went with Adolfo for a couple of reasons. 1. He was very comfortable to talk to. Not pushy, no over sell 2. It was over six months from the time we spoke to the time we listed our home. Aldolfo was professionally persistent (which I appreciate) in staying in touch with us by email or text every few months. Never pushy, always professional. What was interesting in our situation is that we received an offer two days after the For Sale sign was installed. My first thought was aEURoeGeez, what am I paying him foraEUR?? However, that was short sighted of me. Adolfo was able to negotiate a price higher than our listed offer price. In addition, as with any old home, various issues came up that could have been a concern. In each instance, Adolfo provided excellent advice and was able to negotiate and mitigate all concerns that arose. In hindsight, Adolfo definitely earned his commission. Thank you, Adolfo.

Adolfo did an amazingly professional job from start to finish. He went above and beyond, used modern and prompt communication means. Provided resources and in many instances treated our home tasks as if they were his own. He got us resonable quotes on items that would help us sell our house, and gave us solid reason and working justification to convince they buyer to be reasonable with us.
