ZillowVERIFIED Dina is OUTSTANDING! She helped us to purchase a property, and also helped us to sell a property. She was always available for my oftentimes aEURoesillyaEUR? questions, and treated my family with much professionalism and respect. She held out hands through both processes, and I could never thank her enough! She is the best of the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Adina was absolutely phenomenal to work with when purchasing our new cabin Blue Ridge. My wife and I live in Atlanta and weren't familiar with the area, but Adina helped us navigate the market and find a perfect place. I consider myself a reasonably savvy Zillow user, but there are so many unique elements to that area of North Georgia that make it difficult to find a home online. I can't imagine navigating the purchasing process without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Adina did an awesome job in a tough market. She provided updates along the way, and guided us through a successful closing on our Mom's property. I would highly recommend her and would ask for her to represent us again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I had previously worked with other agents who weren't able to sell my land. I read great things about Adina, she had great reviews and I'm happy that I decided to work with her. She was great to work with! She communicated very well throughout the entire process. She had a great pulse on the local market. She knew builders in the local area and marketing my property well. The photos thats she had taken of my listing were exceptional!

ZillowVERIFIED Adina was wonderful throughout the whole process of purchasing our second home, especially in negotiating with a difficult seller. She even went to look at properties for us because we were out of town buyers and recommended which were worthwhile for us to see. Highly recommend working with her to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Adina is an expert in the Gilmer County/North Georgia area. She is especially knowledgeable about Coosawattee River Resort properties and its POA. She helped me list my CCR property for a sellable price that was also profitable to me. She worked with me on negotiations with potential buyers and was extremely responsive and helpful. I recommend Adina and her staff to everyone I know who needs professional real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED Adina is a realtor who listens to your needs, knows the inventory and condition of the resale homes, is very dedicated and has an outstanding personality. She remembers everyones name she has sold a house to which is amazing and shows that personal touch you will receive from her (& her friend in training - they make a great duo). She got our new home at our asking price which was below what seller wanted. You wont go wrong if you go with Adina!

ZillowVERIFIED Adina was upbeat and tenacious. Two qualities that allowed for a quick and positive process that resulted in a sale above our asking price. She showed up on time for appointments, negotiated well with other agents and always followed up promptly with emails and texts. I would use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Adina helped us find a home as we were trying to move from Florida to Northern Georgia. Every time there was a new property listing we were able to see it by the next morning and most of the time, that same day. She never pressures you, just tells you the facts about the property or gets answers for any other concerns you might have very quickly. She is very honest and very helpful. She cares about her community and is very involved in helping other people around her community. She is very knowledgeable about the northern Georgia area. We cant thank her enough for her tireless effort to help our dream come true.

ZillowVERIFIED Adina is someone who personally is nothing short of amazing, but shes on another level professionally that makes you wonder how any human has that gear! Adina makes you feel you are the only person in the world that matters wherein you know she has a million things going on yet you never feel that. She adapts to your style of communication whether its calls, text, or both! Shes always available any hour of the day. She still manages to juggle her family which makes her like superwoman. What is also nice, is shes local, she knows the agents, and she knows the area...she knows whats coming too which is a competitive edge!

My husband and I had already put a down payment on it but wanted to show it to our renter. Adina goes out of her way to make sure that you are satisfied.
