ZillowVERIFIEDAdam is very helpful and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure our house buying process was easy and smooth. I would definitely work with him again and will be recommending him to others.
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat agent!!! He is very detailed, and adapted to the needs of our growing family. He was there every step of the way making sure to tie up all loose ends with our huge transaction. Thank you for your time and attention!!!! Will definitely use him in the future..
ZillowVERIFIEDI was very impressed with Adam Wade's knowledge of the process. This was the first time I sold a house and had many questions which Adam responded to promptly. So much paperwork that he was able to explain. We had an online closing which was very helpful to me as I have health issues and didn't need to be around others. I think Adam did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdam was awesome, my fiancA(C)e and I were in a position that we needed to get a house as we had out grown our apartment. We had tried 3 other real estate agents and it wasnt looking good. That is to say until Adam came in the picture.Adam did waste our time, he was always looking for us and finding us houses that matched our criteria. When it came time for offers for the purchase, the process was so easy and stress free. He actually put in a lower offer then I was originally going to go with and protected me. The mans heart is good and when it come time for selling if that ever happens and or buying, I now know who to go to. You wont be disappointed with him.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time homebuyer, Adam made the process smooth and easy. He provided helpful insight on the properties we viewed and was patient while I narrowed down what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend him to other buyers.
