Very reliable, hard worker, quick, calm under pressure, big picture thinker, always with a smile, very patient, and backed by a great mentor the venerable Adam Rutledge. I was referred to him by a Portland realtor who was also impressed. He stepped up when 2 other realtors were lazy and gave up. Through the ups and downs he got the job done. I was connected with Josh while looking at properties on line, prior to moving to Oregon. I was very hesitant to have a conversation with yet another realtor (already having conversations with 3 others). But immediately in the conversation, Josh was completely engaged, listening to all my "I'm looking for this, I want that". I could tell he was 'hearing' what I was saying to him. We had a lengthy conversation, as I have the 'gift to gab' and Josh was right there.Fast forward i couple of weeks and my second day in Oregon, I'm in the house hunt. I found myself sitting in front of a house and happen to call Josh to ask a question and once again, he was 'front and center'. Offered to show me the house right then and there; which ended up being more than one. It just went on from there and Josh became my realtor. We found a house in, i think, less than 10 days. During the next steps, I was constantly updated and informed in the Escrow process, to the close and finally, taking ownership :-) All completely seamless!Lastly, on top of everything else, being an 'out of towner' and Josh being from the area, he was an amazing resource; providing me with multiple contacts, to help me get me home set-up. There's so much to be said for a young person, with great energy, people skills and happy to be doing what he's doing and I was afforded with the benifits of this!Thank you whole heartedly, Josh!!!
