Great agent! Logan was always able to arrange to show us the homes we wanted to see as well as send us new listings as, or before, they came on the market. He was quick to get us the information we needed that helped us evaluate which homes were worth a look or not. He helped us strategize the best way to bid and make the most of seller credits to bring down our mortgage payment when we got the home we wanted. He was also a great liaison through the process with agents and sellers to get us answers to our questions. We couldnt be happier.

Two months ago I was looking for a new place to rent; today I am a home owner and, believe me, I couldnt have done it without Jessicas help. She has been such an incredible partner throughout this journey from beginning to closing. When we first spoke, she asked me lots of questions: about my budget, about my life, my activities, things that bring me joy. And that was pretty much the hardest part about this process, because Jess handled *everything* else. As far as having her as a resource, believe me, she knows her stuff--she is a treasure trove of information about all things real estate. As your agent, she will represent your best interests throughout the entire journey: shes confident; shes transparent, and she will go to bat for you to make sure you have all the relevant facts, so that you can make informed decisions along the way. Jess is an excellent listener, and she is patient, and she will make you feel like a VIP. She?s thoughtful, proactive, and very good at anticipating people?s needs. She goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals (she rolled up her sleeves and spent the day scraping paint chips and putting a fresh coat on the windowsills of my house, to ensure that the appraisal would go smoothly). ??I am super grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Jess.
