Do not hesitate to go with Adriana for the buying/selling of a home. I put her through the most stressful sale that any realtor could deal with. We had a deadline to sell my home by 11/21 to avoid paying capital gains. The market was extremely slow. She was thorough with her marketing tactics. Including an open house serving tacos! We ended up with 2 offers and 22 days left to the deadline. She went to all the appointments (even when not necessary) to make sure everything went smoothy. We literally got it closed the day of the deadline! She is absolutely amazing!
