We are so grateful to have Adam as our real estate agent. Over the years he has assisted us with 3 very different real estate transactions; a traditional sale, a short sale and a foreclosure property. His expertise was incredibly valuable as he walked us through every step of the process in each deal. We were very impressed with his negotiating skills as he was able to arrange for upgrades and closing costs paid by the seller in our first purchase. It was also helpful having Adam be our consultant in the short sale and foreclosure property transactions. He was our personal liaison dealing with the banks and took what could have been a frustrating process and turned it into a win-win for all parties involved. We are so pleased to now be settled into our new home and so very thankful to Adam for his time and efforts. Adam will ALWAYS be the person we turn to for real estate advice.

Adam has a way of taking chaos and making it seem easy. Having had such great success with the purchase of our house a couple of years ago, we decided to trust him to sell our house as we moved out of state. I only wish he could have been with us on the other end for the purchase, but we managed and he was nice enough to help direct us as we needed even though we were looking out of state. Knowledge of everything is something of an understatement for Adam and his crew. His contacts for loan processing are incredible and his whole office staff is fantastic. If we ever had a question it was quickly answered with ease, even in our frantic stressful situation. He is really able to stay calm (or at least pretend to be) even if we werent. The bumps that came in our sale were quickly and easily smoothed over from his tremendous abilities. I would recommend Adam and Prosper Moves before anyone else in the area.

Adam is awesome! I had issues with another realtor so I move on. Then I met Adam who was straight forward with me. I was determined to get this one house and Adam accomplished the mission. He tracked this house for over 6 months for me. Neither one of us gave up hope. I had faith that he would close the deal on the house and he did. Thanks to Adam I got the house. When I pull in my driveway I think of him. I recommended Adam to my dad who recently hired him to find him a house. Adam found one that met his needs in less than 2 weeks. It was a short sale. My dad was skeptical because he has heard so many bad things about short sale. Adam encouraged him to make an offer and he did. 45 days later my dad was signing papers and given the keys to the house. I would recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for a house. He is wonderful, professional, motivated, enthusiastic and all around great guy.
