It was Sunday, 10 PM when we saw the home he sent us and that we liked. I messaged him that we wanted to see it - 30 minutes later, we were there. And that is the one we closed in the end. ZillowVERIFIED Adam Cothes is THE quintessential when it comes to realtors. I was apprehensive an had a bad taste from my last experience. I explained this to him from the start. He then took time out of his day to come to my home an completely explain the process, followed by a plan of action that made me comfortable. I decided he would be our guy. He took total an complete care of my sale like it was his only one! I had so many questions that needed answers all the time. He got back to me ASAP everytime! To make a long story short, he not only sold my home, he also got us 21,000 over asking price! UNBELIEVABLE!!. ZillowVERIFIED We made a big move from Texas to Washington. Adam was referred to us by our local realtor. He setup a Zoom meeting the same day we contacted him and spent over 2 hours with us going through the process, expectations, and some of the options for homes. We had follow-up meetings with him and once our house had a contract on it, we flew up to meet with Adam and see houses. We spent 2 (long) days driving around the area and looking at houses. Adam had so many good listings to look at and we made an offer on day 2 for a great house! Adam knows Seattle and surrounding areas so well and we always felt confident that he was leading us in the right direction.
