Adam was an absolute godsend aEUR" I cannot say enough good about him and his team. We have known Adams name for years because he held two sales records in our neighborhood, so when it was time to list our house, we didnt even consider anyone else as his track record was so strong. However, we didnt know just how bad we needed Adam until we went through the listing process. First, he was able to get over to our house and do a walkthrough on short notice. He provided some easy and practical things we could do to get ready for listing. Then, he helped us find and contact contractors to get some minor repairs done. Once these contractors found out we were working with Adam, they made us a priority and worked quickly on our timeline to get things taken care of. After everything was almost ready, we called Adam and asked if he could list it a week early for us, and he made it happen! I have no idea how, but the guy literally had an inspector, house cleaner, and photographer to our house within 12 hours of our phone call. After our open house and 40+ showings, he got us multiple offers over list price and set another record for our neighborhood. We couldnt have been more thrilled with the entire process or the results of our sale. He is extremely efficient, doesnt waste your time, follows through on absolutely EVERYTHING he says he will do, and has the track record to prove hes the best out there. I truly believe you will be leaving money on the table if you dont list with Adam. True class act, will recommend to absolutely everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Adam may very well be the best agent in the Pacific Northwest. We bought our home with him in December of 2021, after looking for barely a month. Adam's a prolific agent, so we expected to see less of him and more of his (fantastically friendly) staff, but were pleasantly surprised to have him personally walk us through every one of the homes we toured. The guy is smart, funny, easy going, and tuned into the market. We enjoyed our relationship with Adam so much that we were actually a little sad when our offer was accepted... but mostly, we were over the moon, because he'd helped our family land a charming home with a comfortable and efficient layout, a great yard, a 2-car garage, and wonderful neighbors in one of the most desirable and walkable neighborhoods in Edmonds. And when I say that Adam "helped us land" this place, I mean he worked with us to devise our offer strategy, navigated the details of an offer that was the right combination of competitive and comfortable to our budget, and personally negotiated the final deal -- he even connected us with an all-star *local* mortgage agent who was able to provide us the best rates we could find. I think Adam's track record more or less speaks for itself, but my wife and I take a pretty personal approach to real-estate (as I'm sure most families do when looking for the right place to raise their kids), so we hemmed and hawed a bit about contacting him until we happened to come across an open house of his in a home we found interesting. Fitting with his personal style to home sales, he was there and completely amenable to us ambushing him. As we learned that day and in our follow-up calls and meetings, Adam is super friendly, loyal, and really knows his stuff. And if you're trying to decide whether Adam's your guy, I recommend you check out his weekly updates on YouTube/Instagram. The man could be mayor of Edmonds -- and probably every other town he works in. Thank you, Adam, for everything.
