Early in the month of March, I received notice of a new job opportunity in Seattle. I began a search, through Zillow, to find homes available in North Seattle neighborhoods. As a first-time buyer, I decided to reach out to Adam Cobb for assistance with the home buying process. He came highly recommended and his service was impeccable. Adam listened to my requests and acted immediately when we located an ideal property.Both Adam and his assistant, Amanda, were available whenever I had a question or wanted to request clarification. Since I was transitioning to a new job, my time during the day was limited and I did most of my catching up in the evening. They responded to emails and text messages, at this time, and also made themselves available for phone calls during my breaks in the afternoon.I could not ask for better service and they were genuinely excited, with me, as we reached various milestones in the home buying process.
