Review knowledgeable in his field, but too expensive and appeared to try to be double dipping at certain points as agent for both sides. paid him 10,000 for the sale of a piece of land that sold for 140,000. I thought 6500 would have been a fair price. but my best offer before hiring him was only 100,000 so I come out better in the end of it all, would recommend him only for selling land after others cannot do it.

Review Prior to being connected to Mya after calling a number I found online, I had spoken with several agents. What immediately stood out to me on our first call was Myas willingness to provide solid information that was very helpful to know as someone on the westcoast looking to move my family to the eastcoast. I always felt my questions were fully and accurately answered by Mya. On top of this, Mya never lost her patience with me or was anything other than a top notch professional the times that I repeated myself (having forgotten what I already asked). I was impressed with Myas clear communication, fast response times, deep knowledge of the area, and professionalism. Mya was the only agent I felt my family can trust to provide us with info we can rely on to rent a property 3,000 miles away, site unseen.
