Question 1

1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Accepted Answer

Start by getting pre-approved for a mortgage and understanding your budget. Make a list of your priorities, such as location, school district, and home features. Work with a trusted real estate professional who will guide you through the process, explain each step, and help you make informed decisions. Don't rush—buy the home that fits your needs and your future.

Question 2

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Accepted Answer

Prepare your home before listing by cleaning, decluttering, and making small repairs. Price it correctly based on the current market, and be open to feedback from buyers. Professional photos and strong marketing can make a significant difference. A well-prepared home often sells faster and for a better price.

Question 3

3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Question 4

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Accepted Answer
