ZillowVERIFIED This year I used Abner to sell my home, and help me purchase a new home. After a frustrating experience with another agent Abner stepped in quickly and professionally and got the job done. I cannot praise him enough. I am going to outline my favorite things about him here simply because I will probably run out of space if I listed everything. 1. Professionalism: Abner is on top of EVERYTHING he knows what needs to be done and does it quickly and well. He is so thorough that he sometimes ends up picking up the slack for other people. He works hard for his clients and puts them first. He manages to make this look easy, but that is only because he is just that good! 2. Communication: Abner will get back to you. Abner communicated with me while out of the country and while dealing with a family emergency. If he wasn't available he made sure I knew who I could contact. As a first time home seller/buyer I was almost entirely new to the process and he educated me at the same time. He gave me excellent advice and support. 3. Resources: When we relisted my home with Abner, after suffering from a few buyers with failed financing, he was on top of getting new pictures and drone pictures. He overhauled our listing and had it done within days. He has great relationships with people around the Thurston/Mason county area. 4. Character: I confess that I have a natural suspicion of people who sell for a living. In a personality driven industry like real estate you come up with a lot of agents who are in it for a quick buck, or who are coasting on their personality without the substance to back it up. Abner is a person of quality and integrity. Not only do I trust him implicitly, but he is the kind of person who is a privilege to work with. He is calm, honest, patient (he needed to be with me), and clear in his intentions. I would happily give him my unqualified recommendation to anyone at any time.
