ZillowVERIFIED Aba Simmons is truly one of the best real estate professionals you would ever have the joy to work with for what you need. She has been with us and with our brother and sister in law in all of our home negotiations and purchases these past few years. My husband and I did a cross country move to return to home to this area and retire. Over the two years it took us from the initial decision to getting the keys and closing, Aba was with us every step of the way with her professional expertise, support and sometimes with us, lots of patience! She truly is a gem of a realtor and more importantly, a gem of a human being. We absolutely, will full heart, recommend her to any and everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Aba was very attentive to my unique situation and needs. She was very flexible with her schedule to show homes whenever I was available and did not pressure me into anything I was not fully happy with. I was pleased with her knowledge of the local market and the current trends plus she helped negotiate a good deal for my closing costs. I would recommend Aba for new or veteran home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Aba was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. She helped my wife and I find and purchase a small multi-family property in Atlanta. We had some very specific requirements, a short schedule with a lot of constraints, and an uncooperative lender. Aba had a huge amount of knowledge about local markets and opportunities. She made it happen and was a pleasure to work with - will be back if we purchase again or sell in the Atlanta area - thanks!
