ZillowVERIFIEDWe just bought our second house in the Silver Lake area in Everett, and Aaron Wilder was incredibly helpful in making this happen for us. He helped us to sell our first house and buy at the same time and ended up with closing dates in April that were only 4 days apart! This process was really emotional and stressful for me and Aaron was always available to talk things over with me if I was feeling anxious about the purchase or the sale. He was very responsive and ready to take action quickly when we needed to so that we were able to view a home we were interested in in the middle of the week, and then made an offer on it the next day, which was accepted. He also helped us negotiate favorable closing terms with a substantial seller credit to cover some needed repairs. When the seller left the home minimally cleaned (Food on the stove, stuff left behind in the freezer, hairs in the bathroom...) Aaron covered the expense of having it cleaned for us. He also referred us to his recommended handyman who offered us a reasonable price for the work we needed done. For our home sale, he advised us on the best way to balance maximizing profit with what was easy and convenient for us and managed all of the negotiations with the buyer. We were able to sell it in a private sale without listing the house, so we didn't need to do much to get the house ready to list and show, and he negotiated a generous rent back arrangement with the buyer so that we could prep and move into our new home with minimal stress. We previously worked with Aaron to buy our first home in downtown Everett, and I wouldn't consider working with any other agent! I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an agent to either buy or sell a home!

I imagine there are a lot of great real estate agents in the Seattle area, but the main reason I would recommend working with Aaron over them is because he made what is often a very stressful process feel as under-control and relaxed as could be. He did a great job explaining the market to us and fully preparing us ahead of time for what buying a house in this area entails. We were also amazed at his ability to step into our lives for a few months and make us feel as comfortable talking to him on almost a daily basis. To top it off, he works with a lot of other great people often (inspector, lender, etc.) that were great to get connected to. Aaron is exactly the kind of agent you want in a real estate market as competitive as Seattles; someone that will make you feel prepared, comfortable, and streamline the process for you while making sure you get the house you want.
