This is the second time I have used Aaron. Both experiences have been great. I needed to do a sale and purchase with a same day close for both and a same day move out/move in. He made it happen. He worked closely with the buyer realtor, seller realtor, my mortgage broker, and escrow to ensure everything went smoothly and met a tight timeline of less than 30 days. Everything happened seamlessly. He went above and beyond and took care of communication with my new HOA whenever I had questions or needed something.
