ZillowVERIFIEDI'm an out-of-town investor. I first met Aaron when he looked at two houses for me when I was buying the notes on them and becoming the lender. He spent time even though there was no immediate gain for him. Two years later I was back needing to sell one of those houses. Aaron oversaw the renovation and got an offer within a few days. I've never had a realtor go so far for me and handle things so very well. Even though this wasn't a typical transaction, Aaron's willingness to do whatever it takes to win a great success for a client would be a gift to anyone needing to do any kind of real estate deal. I can't recommend him highly enough!

He did a very thorough market analysis and walked through the house with us to point out things we could do to help the home sale faster and at the price we wanted. There were a few items that we needed to have fixed prior to the sale and Aaron referred us to his contacts that were very reasonably priced to complete work for us. Once the home was listed, we got an offer the VERY NEXT DAY! Aaron kept us informed throughout the process. His professionalism has surpassed all other agents that I have ever dealt with. ZillowVERIFIED Aaron helped my wife and I close on our first ever home after an 8 month long search. Being first time home buyers, we were novices when it came to navigating the housing market and Aaron was great throughout the whole process in helping us get through it all and answering our layman questions. We visited a numerous amount of houses over the course of 8 months and Aaron was extremely candid in his feedback on each house. Often times you hear horror stories about realtors intent on just lining their own pockets and trying to push overpriced expensive houses on you but you could really tell Aaron had our best interest in mind. There were several houses we looked at that had flaws which Aaron pointed out to us and advised us to be patient and letting the right house find us. Ultimately the house we closed on was everything we desired and had one of the lowest price tags relative to the other ones we had looked at so we're extremely glad we followed his advice and guidance. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
