I practice real estate because I believe in helping others feel less fearful and vulnerable when buying or selling their home.

I clearly remember my first purchase. Buying a home is a substantial investment and I was afraid to make a mistake. I was intimidated by having to sign the wordy purchase agreement, loan documents, and numerous other forms. My real estate agent didn't show me the market value of the home that I was purchasing, nor did she explain the various forms that I needed to sign. Furthermore, I had to regularly follow up with the lender and escrow company because my agent didn't keep me updated.

The lack of essential guidance from my agent made my purchasing experience so uncomfortable that it motivated me to obtain my broker license. Since then, I've helped my family, friends, and clients buy and sell their homes. I provided them with market comparables, explained every form that needed to be signed, and kept them updated consistently.
