Charlyne was so wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable about the area and attentive to what each of us tended to prioritize (we are a married couple whose priorities different a bit from each other). She uses our notes on properties we look at to better understand what we're wanting before showing us houses which saves us the time and effort in our already busy schedules. One of us wanted more privacy but the other wanted to be around friendly neighbors which seems contradictory. Charlyne helped us find a home in which both of us feel enthusiastic and surprisingly meets both our needs. Charlyne is responsive and if she didn't have an answer for our question immediately, she would seek it out for us. She is nonjudgmental and communication with her feels genuine. April is incredibly flexible and dedicated. We started our home search with a tight deadline, unsure if it was even possible to find our dream house, but April made it happen.
