ZillowVERIFIEDAaron was patient and accessible throughout our home search. He made showings happen quickly and helped point out both good and bad features we would have missed on our own. When we were ready to make an offer, he kept us well informed, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable with inspections, and helped schedule additional ones as needed. We never felt rushed, and he always took our concerns seriously. Were very happy with our home purchase and would absolutely use Aaron again.
ZillowVERIFIEDAaron Goodson review I dont know if I found Aaron or he found me but that doesnt matter. I was in a hurry to sell my house in Springfield. I couldnt live in it so I moved across the country to get as far away as possible. Aaron understood my urgency and picked up the ball and ran with it. Some agents are stretched too thin and some are eager and hungry. It can be hard to find the right fit based on a couple of phone calls. I had already been rejected by another agent when Aaron called. Aaron kept in touch at every twist in the road. He and his friends cleaned out the house and gave the grass a haircut. We had two bids the first weekend the house went on the market. I followed Aarons advice on which of the two I should select. I was an FHA loan and there were three inspections. I was discouraged by the amount of money I had to spend to meet the demands of the buyers lenders but Aaron talked me down off the cliff several times. We worked together as a team and the sale closed in just under six weeks. Aaron bought some things I wanted to sell and hired a company to buy other items. I think the moat impressive thing he did though was to meet with a person at midnight to take possession of some important things that had been stolen from me. If you need a realtor who knows the true meaning of customer service and who will go that extra mile for you, look no further than Aaron Goodson from Icon Realty. Diane Deutman September 21, 2019
ZillowVERIFIEDAaron worked tirelessly for us to sell our home. He managed an extensive renovation and was always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him!
ZillowVERIFIEDAaron was a wonderful choice. He was able to guide me in something I was very new at. He took the time to make sure everything was done to make the most of the sale. I was very impressed. I was selling, and buying, at the same time so it was even more confusing to me. He was so professional, and knowledgeable, that everything went smooth. He just knew what to do at every turn. I couldn't say enough about his abilities, expertise, and professionalism.
ZillowVERIFIEDAaron Goodson is an excellent Realtor and I would recommend him Above any others. Hes a good and honest, warm hearted family man who takes the time to assess your situation and the goals you have in mind. He helped us determine where to start with getting our family home ready for sale! He knows the true meaning of sentimental value one has for a family home, while at the same time he helped us make decisions that increased our market value by over 12% by doing things which were within reason and our abilities! He helped us with everything, from having it thoroughly inspected, to his professional expertise and experience in determining what was most important in how to prepare the home for sale! He took his time, from assessing and working with us on even the small things that were important to us, as you can imagine there would be since it was our family home for over 45 years! The Magic became Real when he presented our home so nicely that our first showing was our first offer, which resulted in a Pending Sale within a week! Aaron walked us through every step of the closing process and 38 days later we closed at Full asking price, without a hitch! Aaron has a simply delightful wife & two young boys who he is very dedicated to and adores, though he never failed to make time to answer questions! I have confidence in Aaron to help me locate a home should I decide to buy and believe youll be equally satisfied in your experiences with him! Chrissy Slaven Springfield, Oregon

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were quite fortunate that Aaron was there when we needed someone to help us through a last minute contract. With calmness and patience he took us through every step of the way, answered every question we had, and took all the time we needed to process everything. His knowledge and savvy made us feel confident and relaxed. I think that had he not been there for us, we would not have been able to buy our house. Aaron has changed our thinking about what a realtor can be. We feel lucky to have had him on our team. Thank you Aaron! - Karen and Rob
