Aaron Gilbert

Aaron Marshall Gilbert, Sr is a true Virginian. Aaron was born in Charlottesville and raised at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Nelson County . His family has had strong roots in the Central Virginia region for countless generations and Aaron currently resides in the Walton Park Community of Midlothian with his wife, Katie, and son, AJ & daughter, Ginny.

Aaron attended Virginia Commonwealth University in the heart of RVA. (Go Rams) While at VCU, Aaron developed a deep passion for the area aEUR~s architecture, politics, and amazing real estate. Aaron is a Life Loyal member of The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc and the current chapter advisor to his beloved VCU Chapter. In addition, Aaron served six honorable years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with Hotel Battery 3/14 of Richmond, VA.

Prior to joining Long & Foster Real Estate in 2009, Aaron gained experience as a farm & estate agent with Frank Hardy Realtors (Charlottesville/Piedmont/Chesapeake Bay)and Stevens & Company (Charlottesville), where he helped market and sell a number of Virginia 's upper-echelon farm & estate properties starting in 2005. Aaron's primary focus is now residential property in RVA, with a focus on Richmond City, Midlothian and Henrico's West End.
