I'm Aaron Cullen, a real estate agent with Cullen Group Realty in the Portland, Oregon area. I specialize in working with busy families relocating here from out of state.

I get it because I've lived it. My family moved constantly when I was a kid, thirteen schools by the time I graduated high school. That pattern followed me into adulthood too. I was renting a bungalow in West Hollywood when the landlord decided to bulldoze it for a bigger house. I was done letting someone else's real estate decisions run my family's life.

That's what got me and my wife Briana into buying rental properties while I was still in a career producing and editing movie trailers and TV promos in LA. After 5 years of rehabs and flips, we went looking for our own place and landed on Lake Oswego, just outside Portland. I flew up to see our potential house, stood outside a bakery downtown, and called Briana to tell her I couldn't think of a single reason not to live here. We moved in and I became a residential real estate agent that same month. That was 7 years ago.

Now I help families do what we did. Leaving a city that stopped working for them. Chasing a slower pace, a real yard for the kids, schools that don't cost a fortune. A lot of my clients have me handle the whole thing remotely, sometimes from over a thousand miles away, which is why I built what I call the Green Light Method.
