Data centers don't automatically hurt home values. The biggest factors are how close it actually is to your neighborhood, whether there are noise or visual issues that affect your home. Same as trains, or high tension wires bother some buyers and not others. Every buyer has a different way of looking at these things. There will be people who do not care.
