This is never fun when you get hit with an Escrow shortage, but this can happen from time to time. If your property value increases year over year or your Homeowner's Insurance goes up it will affect your Escrow Account and your monthly mortgage payment. If you can, be sure to protest your property value each year and shop your homeowner's insurance yearly to see if you can get a better rate with different companies as a new customer.

I highly recommend professional photos along with videos and 3D Virtual Tours. Buyer's first look at a home is typically online and you want to be sure you catch their attention right away so they will schedule a tour. If the photos are not high quality it could cost you potential buyers and days on the market. Photos are not an area you want to go cheap on.
