Your agent can pull "comparable sales data" for the area to give you the most accurate information so you can make a wise decision on an offering price. Do you LOVE the home? Has it been nicely updated compared to others in the area? How many days has the property been on the market? All of these should factor into how you decide what to offer the seller.
