Keep it simple. Declutter your home. Always have it show ready. Freshen up your kitchen & Baths. Have your HVAC inspected to make sure it is in proper working order. And since spring is here, incorporate fresh flowers into your home & landscaping. I wish you much success and look forward to seeing your home on the MLS.
