Hi Bethany- the best answer will come from your agent as they know the market and comparable sales. However, my advice would be yes. Buyers do have a difficult time visualizing and often they want to offer far less than the cost of any kind of remodel/repair. Even if it doesn’t correlate to price, it can correlate to selling quicker (which often means better price as well). That all said, wallpaper is a growing trend. Is the wallpaper current of from the 1980’s? I would still default to your agent but without knowing much, I typically say yes. Happy selling!

Hi Jessica, agreed with all posts below. There is a big difference between 480K and 780K. I honestly would reach out to an agent in your area just for a quick CMA. Depending on your area and agent, they may have other investors who may be interested as well. How much do you owe on it? I know it's overwhelming. Find someone you can trust to help consult with options including pricing. Best of luck! Kim Quintal

Get a cancellation in writing. (Best answer). Withdrawn is different than canceled, FY. N No need to list just to fire him. Contracts are contracts so it’s important that you get the cancellation in writing. I see it’s been a few months since you posted this- did you get it listed with someone else?
