Hi Marlene. I believe you are a buyer. If that's the case, in our area anyway, the seller pays for Realtor fees. No cost here to the buyer. I do think you are much better off using a Realtor who knows the areas, knows values, knows flags to look for and can guide you through not just the offer and purchase agreements, through all the steps between that and your closing day. Hi Marlene. I have had clients that I have shown 1 home to and it was "the one for them"! I have had clients that looked at more homes than I can count until they found "The one for them". I tell my customers, I am very patient. We all know what is just right for us and you will know it when you see it! I don't think you should put a minimum or maximum on yourself, unless your in a dire situation and need to find a home right away, I think you should see as many as it takes. (Tho the pickings can be slim right now) . Wishing you the very best of luck in your searches!
