I don't think it makes you seem desperate but the buyers and the buyer agents are going to wonder why. Since they don't know the answer they will assume maybe there's something wrong with the property and you're not able to get it sold for your original price That is not a good place to be with potential buyers because they may overlook your property and look at something that doesn't have any fluctuations like that. In other words it affects your selling strategy

No not at all. You want your house to get as much exposure as possible and the neighbors probably are not scouring the MLS to see what's available in the neighborhood. Your neighbors have friends that want to move there and they're also curious so let them come and see the house The more exposure you have the better

I don't advise you walk around with any inspectors or appraisers. They're usually very competent and able to do their job without our assistance.

Yes but I don't advise it. Pictures are the number one thing that draws the attention of the potential buyers to your property if they can't see it how do they know it might be the right house for them?
