You should have been told that a team member would be showing you property. I would make sure that you do not have a buyers agency agreement with the current agent and I would interview agents with good reviews and ask them to talk with you about how they would find you a house, how they would go over comps, paperwork that the seller has filled out and what their strategy is when they put an offer in for you. A great buyers agent is important.
