Hi there Allison. I have found that when buyers are buying they typically find the home they want first and that helps a top agent understand the criteria of what they are looking for. The same for pro-active sellers like yourself. The goal is to sell the home! One thing I would strongly suggest is to PARTNER with your realtor. Have a conversation and talk about your ideas so you are both on the same page. You both have the same goal. Get your home sold and make it a win-win.
