Taylor, This is a question that would be best answered by what is the best for you...Do you want a small home? Will a smaller place work for your lifestyle? Do you want to use all your cash/investments? A mortgage is something that you will need to qualify for and if you do; is this something that you want to do? Again, it is best answered by the buyer. My advice would be to discuss with your lender of choice to see what would be best for your own situation. There are too many variables that can only be answered by you.
