In NC if you\'re on a septic you have to go by how many bedrooms your septic is permitted. Make sure you check on this if you\'re on a septic

Real estate is one of the biggest investments in your life. I would make sure the Realtor you choose in successful and competent. If that happens to be your friend that\'s great! If not, choose someone else.

Cracks in walls could indicate structural issues. Also, if it\'s on a crawlspace don\'t be afraid to look under the house for water or fungal growth
