Hi Rhonda, lowering your price once may be ok, but more than that you are sending the wrong message to the public. Depending on your contract with your agent, it might be best to take it off the market, take new photos/drone and re-list at the sweet spot.

If you want to close on your home in mid May and homes are selling quickly, you could always have your agent include in the additional provisions stating "the seller requires a post occupancy for X amount of time". This allows you to stay in the home after it closes to allow you extra time to pack or find a replacement home.
