Hi Mickey, I always recommend that you interview a few different agents, before you select one to go with.  You definitely want to make sure that the person you choose is a good fit for you.  If you are concerned with only having one person to help you, you might look for a real estate "team".  My husband and I work together on a team, which is great for our clients, because they get the help of two people, instead of one.  Ultimately, you will want one person/team to represent you.    Best of luck!  Abbey Wostal, "Team Wostal", Topeka, KS
