I just sold my house with the EXP realty Jeff funk group after being on the market for 7 days and with my other realtor I was on the market for months and wasn't able to sell it. If you wanna sell your house quickly and for the most money, I would go with the Jeff funk group EXP reality. You will not be sorry. Don't even waste your time calling around other realtors. My wife and I recently worked with the Funk Collection from out of state to purchase a home in the Orlando area. From day one, their entire team was highly attentive to our needs. They go above and beyond to serve you. We got to work with Michael Prendergast, one of their agents, as well as both owners, Renee and Jeff. Every single person we worked with exceeded our expectations. Michael was responsive and has excellent communication. He would follow-up with us once per week during our search to answer questions or review listings with us. He was extremely patient with us despite having to schedule a trip 2 months out in order to tour homes. When we travelled to Orlando, Jeff covered for Michael and met with us to tour homes. He handled everything and made sure all appointments were scheduled. He even made some suggestions which we listened to and which ultimately led to us getting under contract on our dream home! During the closing, the team was nothing short of amazing. Michael worked diligently with us and our lender to get the transaction closed quickly.
