About Bob Felte

Robert Felte, Jr is the Broker /Owner of Felte Real Estate. He is a graduate of Albright College with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Bob is a lifelong resident of Upper Moreland Township and has been selling real estate in the Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties for over 39 years. He has been a Certified Broker Appraiser since 1996 and has received the President Circle Award from Prudential Real Estate for over 15 years. In 2012 and in 2013 he received the highest award from Prudential of Chairman's Circle. Bob also has received the ABR designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative. After leaving Prudential in 2014 and re-establishing the Felte Real Estate Brand, Bob has been a multiple year winner of the Five Star Real Estate Agent award as in in Philadelphia Magazine. Bob is an active member of his community. He takes pride in his participation in the Willow Grove Rotary, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Willow Grove Charities and a sponsor for the Upper Moreland Little League, Hoops and Soccer Club. I've had the pleasure of working with Bob Felte on multiple occasions both buying and selling properties. My most recent experience being last summer '2017'. He sold my house for above asking price the first day on the market, which meant that Bob had to find me a new house pretty quickly. Whenever I called, his response was immediate. We went out almost every day until I found the right home, needless to say "a very patient man". His knowledge of real estate and professionalism are outstanding!
